Όταν ένας λαμπρός επιστήμονας με εμμονή, τραβά στα άκρα για την ανακάλυψη ενός εμβολίου για όλες τις ασθένειες, βρίσκεται μολυσμένος μ ένα παράξενο παράσιτο που αρχίζει να τον μετατρέπει σε αιμοδιψή τρελό. Όταν ο χρόνος εξαντλείται, πρέπει να βρει έναν τρόπο για να σταματήσει το τέρας που αναπτύσσεται μέσα του και ν αποτρέψει τον υπόλοιπο κόσμο απ τη να θεραπεία.
